Buffett collected China's top grade wine




    In September 2010, Warren Buffett began his trip to China with five hundred Dairy Queen ice cream,anwhen he leaves China, what will be inside his luggage? The answer is clear now: a bottle of China's top grade wine, that is, Changyu Pioneer cellar dry red wine.

    After accepting media interview in Beijing, Mr. Buffett received a precious gift, that is, dry red wine from Changyu Pioneer wine cellar, Yantai, China. It is said that this bottle of wine has been sealed up for nearly 10 years in No. 4 underground cellar of Changyu Pioneer, the oldest wine cellar in Asia. It was unsealed for Warren Buffett, and specially transported by air to Beijing. Changyu Pioneer underground cellar is the only one with more than one hundred years history in China. In the eyes of wine lovers, it is the landmark of Chinese wine, as well as the holy land of wine making.

    It is said that at early time of Changyu Company, each year winemakers would draw certain amount good wine from the best wine base of the year,andstore it separately in No. 3 underground wine cellar of Changyu Pioneer, and the tradition has been preserved until today. Changyu Pioneer cellar products come from the wine base that has been sealed for several years in the cellar. After elaborately mixing through traditional techniques, every bottle is rare with special taste.

    After taking over this bottle of China's top grade red wine, Buffett was very happy. When he heard that successive American President had tasted andcherished Changyu Pioneer cellar wine such as Obama and Clinton, he lifted the wine in front of his chest, andexpressed that he would treasure it.
