In 1892, Mr. Zhang Bishi, a patriotic overseas Chinese whose ambition was to vitalize his motherland by industry, invested an enormous amount of money in establishing the first industrialized wine factory in Yantai, China, Changyu pioneer wine company.
Cabernet, getting the name for the meaning of “all rivers run into sea” in 1931, registered the trademark in 1937, and registered in 2002, which is a brand of dry red wine of Changyu.
This wine is elaborately brewed in oak barrels for over 6 months with advanced brewing technology, which chooses Cabernet Gernischt produced in Changyu vineyard as the main material. It is ruby red with rich fruity aroma, coordinated bouquet and oak aroma, mellow and smooth taste, full body and strong typicality. Recommended drinking temperature: 12℃~16℃.
