Changyu centenary series of products adopt the brewing technology deposited by the virtuosities of nine generations of enologists including Baron M. VonBabo and Badisidocci, accumulating Changyu’s belief for quality for more than a hundred years.
This wine is brewed by Italian Riesling, the main material, through low-temperature fermentation with refreshing fruity aroma as well as appropriately sour taste. Recommended drinking temperature: 10℃～14℃.
