Recently, Frank Kaemmer MS appreciated the quality of Chinese wine beyond the imagination after tasting three wines of Chateau Changyu Rena Shaanxi Dry Red Wine (2009), Chateau Changyu Moser XV Ningxia Dry Red Wine (2008) and Chateau Changyu AFIP Global Beijing Cabernet Sauvignon (Premium Wines) (2010), especially thought highly of Chateau Changyu Rena Shaanxi Dry Red Wine (2009), which is described in his wine-tasting note as follows: plentiful fruity aroma of forest berries and plum with some flavor of baking spices like cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper, while hidden fragrance of leather and herbaceous plants is floating. It has distinct and fresh taste, moderate body and pleasant acidity. At present, tannin is not heavy, and the fresh and long aftertaste is joyful.
