Chateau Changyu Koyac Brandy under construction

The construction of the large-scale Changyu Recreational Park is well under way. The project is planned and developed by Changyu at Yantai Economic and Technological Development Area in 2013. RMB two billion yuan has been invested in Phase I to develop eight parts, namely, the reception center, Chateau Changyu-Castel, Chateau Changyu Koyac Brandy, Chateau Changyu Tinlot, Ecological Vineyard, Changyu Recreational Park, Wine Kingdom and Seaside Town. The Park is designed to welcome 1.5 million visitors per year.

On May 18, domestic and foreign experts on tourism and planning design gathered at the Wine Appreciation Center of Chateau Changyu-Castel in Yantai to attend the consultation meeting to offer ideas on the project of Changyu Recreational Park.

Changyu's general manager Zhou Hongjiang said that Wine Culture Theme Park was a fresh tourism concept and product globally and Changyu needed expert advice and suggestions from home and abroad.
