Recently, The Daily Telegraph, UK published an article entitled Red Dawn for Chinese Wine, which was written by Victoria Moore, a wine columnist. It reported and analyzed the introduction of wine from Chateau Changyu Moser XV Ningxia by Bibendum, a British vintner. In this article, it cited the words of Andrew Shaw, the purchasing manager of Bibendum: “Tasting, I feel Chinese wine has probably doubled in quality in two years – and the rate of improvement is accelerating.”
