Asian Media Group enters Changyu International Wine City

Journalists from Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan are shooting Changyu’s automatic production lines

The journalist of Thailand Nationality Multi-media Group are shooting the automatic storage center in Changyu Wine City

Lately, the “Asian Media Focusing on Shandong” Group entered Changyu International Wine City to visit the wine production center representing international advanced level as well as the Wine Institute, Changyu Koyac Brandy Chateau and Changyu Tinlot Chateau under construction.

High internationalization and high wine industrial brewing level of Changyu Company deeply impressed the journalists of foreign media, and many journalists found the connection of Changyu Company with their countries. For example, Owen, British expert of China Daily, found that Britain was the largest export destination of Changyu and Changyu’s products had entered high-end supermarkets in Britain. and the journalists from Star Newspaper and Sin Chew Daily of Malaysia were also very familiar with the former residence of Zhang Bishi, the founder of Changyu, in Penang, Malaysia as well as the families of Malaysian dealers.

As introduced by Sun Jian, deputy general manager of Changyu Company, this production center possessed the globally leading new processes and new equipment and realized high automation and information management. The maximum capacity of single bottling line could fill 25,000 bottles each hour and the annual output ofsingle-shift production could reach 140,000 tons, which were the highest speed of wine industry at present.

Serik, chief editor of Industrial Newspaper of Kazakhstan, expressed after visit: “Although I have learned that Changyu, the leading wine enterprise in China, will build a world-class modern large-scale industry brewing wine production center in Yantai; however, I still feel extremely shocked after coming here and seeing with my own eyes.”

Kittidit, journalist of Thailand Nationality Multi-media Center, pointed out: “China has become important in global wine industry. Along with gradual increase of Chinese wine consumption, Yantai is expected to become the center of world wine culture.”
