Indomita Wine Appears at the First “Open Day of Embassy of Chile in China”
As one of the series of activities of the fifth “Chile Week”, the Embassy of Chile in China recently held the first “Open Day of Embassy of Chile in China” in Beijing. Yantai Changyu Pioneer International Company Limited was invited to attend along with Indomita brand wines, and Zardoz and Duette series of wines produced by Vina Indomita were unveiled on the “Chilean Food Market” of the open day. It is known that there are only six chateaux selected for the “Open Day of Embassy of Chile in China”, which are selected and organized by the Asociación de Vinos de Chile. Besides Indomita, famous chateaux including Concha y Toro, Montes, Santa Rita, Ventisquero and Cono Sur are also selected. These six chateaux represent the terror characteristics of Chile’s main wine regions.
Founded in 2004, Vina Indomita is the wine producer now ranking the eighth in export volume in Chile, with 18,500 acre of vineyards in premium wine regions in Casablanca Valley, Maipo Valley, Bio Bio Valley, etc. Main grape varieties it plants include Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, etc. The annual wine output can reach 27 million liters, and the products are exported to 65 countries and regions.
Zardoz Cabernet Sauvignon of Vina Indomita was awarded with the Double Gold Medal in Sakura Japan Women’s Wine Awards (wine of 2017), the Gold Medal in Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (wine of 2014), and the Gold Medal in Selections Mondiales Des Vins Canada (wine of 2014). TheWine Advocate magazine, edited by the famous American wine critic Robert Parker, has scored 91 points for the 2011 Zardoz Cabernet Sauvignon, and theDescorchados magazine, edited by the famous Chilean wine critic Patricio Tapia, has scored 93 points for Zardoz Cabernet Sauvignon in three consecutive years of 2011, 2012,N and 2013.
