Why can some wines be drunk but others can not after the occurrence of precipitation?

Whether wine with precipitation can be drunk relies on the specific conditions of precipitation. If precipitation is caused by tartar or pigment and the upper wine is still clear and transparent, the wine quality will not be impacted since it is a normal situation; while if the precipitation is caused by microorganism or other biochemical variation and the upper wine becomes dull, vague, unclear and non-transparent with bubbles, the wine quality has deteriorated, and such wine can be deemed as inferior wine and can not be drunk.
