According to international practice, the production year of vintage wines must be marked on the wine label. Therefore, “1992” marked on the wine label is the year of harvesting grape raw material. In addition, superiority and inferiority of wines cannot be determined only by production year, since production year is only one factor influencing the wine quality among many comprehensive factors, such as raw materials, brewing techniques and technological level. The sign of “Treasured Grade” is marked in the most conspicuous position of the wine label, which indicates that the wine is brewed in a vintage year with superior grape raw material, preferable brewing techniques and advanced technologies and therefore the wine is exceptional. Only vintage year dose not necessarily produce vintage wine, since grape quality produced in different regions varies in the same year. For example, a bottle of wine from 1992, though a vintage year, may be only an ordinary wine in quality due to unsophisticated vineyard management and common brewing techniques. Hence, production year only acts as an auxiliary factor and a reference for customers to purchase. made me forget my confronting of danger and feel divorcing myself from wrangles for disengagement.” Ten years later (1927), Kang visited Yantai for the second time before his departure from his life and lodged at Dongshan Vineyard Villa.
