VSOP——VerySuperiorOld Pale. The minimum wine storage time of blended wine used for such wine is more than four and a half years.

XO——eXtra Old. The minimum wine storage time of blended wine used for such wine is six years above, the wine storage time of which can reach 50 years or even longer.

“Star level” grading method is adopted for Changyu Gold-award Brandy, by which brandy is divided into three-star, four-star and five-star brandy, with barrel storage time being three years, four years and five years respectively. Meanwhile, other important factors influencing the quality of brandy are comprehensively taken into consideration for grading.
