On 15 September 2025, hosted a high-end tasting at Red Katz in Paris, featuring Changyu Moser

XV wines and KOYA brandy. The topic is tasting the best of China and launching Koya in France

for the first time. Key guests included representatives from the Michelin-recommended

Madame Fan, Les Grappes, and Red Poppy, together with sommeliers and Franco-Chinese

trade partners.

Led by Frank Kämmer, KOYA Brand Ambassador, the tasting presented highlights such as Purple

Air Comes from the East, Longyu M12, KOYA 6- and 10-year brandies, and Golden Ice Valley ice

wine. The event drew strong praise, with guests voicing plans to list the wines and spirits.

Red Katz is a Chinese restaurant in the Sentier district of Paris, founded by three French-Chinese

friends who blend tradition with modern flair in their cuisine. The interior is lavish and

cinematic, designed by Studio Louis Morgan, with elegant touches like marble, mirrors,

tapestries and a striking oak bar that gives a 1930s speakeasy ambiance. The menu features

regional Chinese classics—dim sum, wok dishes, roasts and more—executed with care and a

contemporary twist.
