friends who blend tradition with modern flair in their cuisine. The interior is lavish and

tapestries and a striking oak bar that gives a 1930s speakeasy ambiance. The menu features
regional Chinese classics—dim sum, wok dishes, roasts and more—executed with care and a
contemporary twist.

Oriental Jumeira, Dubai.
