- Nose: Well assembled red fruits on the nose with elegant notes of roasted coffee after fermenting in barrels for 3 months.
- Taste: Seductive entry on the palate, with delicate tannin that combines sumptuousness and subtlety, providing elegant volume. Faint hints of sweetness and light floral nuances.
- Temperature: 10-12° C
- Pairing: Paired with stew, lamb, barbecue, and red meat barbecue. This is also a perfect wine to enjoy with goat milk cheese.
