Originating a three-tier marketing network

    In 2002, Changyu formulated a development strategy focusing on marketing and end users, and took the lead in building up a three-tier marketing network consisting of: (i) Sales Company (Decision Center); (ii) Provincial Marketing Management Company (Command Center); and (iii) Municipal Marketing Division (Implementation Center). This marketing system is shared by various brands and covers the whole country, enabling Changyu products to obtain fair share of market in the counties. It has played a vital role in Changyu’s fast growth and market exploration in the past decade.
