As reported by Changyu Newspaper, Kylin Packing Co., Ltd.subordinated to Changyu lately held “Cork Sensory Analysis Seminar”, which mainly included cork odor sensory analysis method lecture, sensory odor analysis training adopting new methods treating samples (humidification method), contrast of sensory analysis and instrument detection analysis on historical samples of same wines sealed with different kinds of corks (the samples were five bottles of wine sealed and stored in the same condition with five corks in April, 2012) and technical exchange on relevant issues on production and use of cork as well as formation and control of cork odor.
