In 1892, Mr. Zhang Bishi, a patriotic overseas Chinese whose ambition was to vitalize his motherland by industry, invested an enormous amount of money in establishing the first industrialized wine factory in Yantai, China, Changyu pioneer wine company.
This wine is a kind of sweet wine elaborately brewed by Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat and Gongniang No. 1, the main materials, through temperature-controlled fermentation with light ruby red color, balanced and coordinated fruity aroma and bouquet, and palatable sour and sweet.
