In 1892, Mr. Zhang Bishi, a patriotic overseas Chinese whose ambition was to vitalize his motherland by industry, invested an enormous amount of money in establishing the first industrialized wine factory in Yantai, China, Changyu pioneer wine company.
Changyu centenary series of products adopt the brewing technology deposited by the virtuosities of nine generations of enologists including Baron M. VonBabo and Badisidocci, accumulating Changyu’s belief for quality for more than a hundred years.
This wine is elaborately brewed by Cabernet Sauvignon, the main material, which is dark ruby red with mature berry aroma, roasted oak aroma, mellow taste, full body and strong typicality. Recommended drinking temperature: 12℃~16℃.
