Most Memorable Is Hangzhou: Interpretation of the Welcoming Banquet Menu of the G20 Summit
On the eve of the opening ceremony of the 11th G20 Summit held in Hangzhou, media reported that 20 Hangzhou dishes were elaborately chosen for G20 Summit by Hangzhou Government, which were also called the “Summit Dishes”.
On the welcoming banquet menu of the G20 Summit disclosed last night, the dishes were served in the following order: Hors d'Oeuvres, Pine Mushroom Soup, Sweet and Sour Mandarin Fish with Pine Nuts, Stir-Fried Shrimps with Longjing Tea Leaves, Orange-Flavored Crab Meat, Hangzhou-Style Fillet Steak, Braised Vegetables, Pastries, Fruits and Ice Cream, Coffee and Tea; accompanying the meal were “Red Wine Changyu 2012, Beijing China” and “White Wine Changyu 2011, Beijing China”, namely the Cabernet Sauvignon Dry Red Wine of Chateau Changyu AFIP Global Beijing in 2012 and Chardonnay Dry White Wine of Chateau Changyu AFIP Global Beijing in 2011.
