During the wine harvest season in 2016, it was announced that the Delta R2 Vistalys optional grain selection system introduced by Chateau Changyu Moser XV Ningxia from French Bucher Vaslin Company had a successful debugging. As introduced, this system can eliminate the unqualified grapes (such as immature grapes, snipped-off grapes, rotten grapes and moldy grapes) and debris which are possible to carry (such as leaves, petioles and insects) with an automatic air valve by the optical image recognition contrast to make sure that every grape in the brewing link is perfect. The hourly sorting ability reaches 10 tons.
