Hedonism Wines, a fine wine boutique in Mayfair, London’s brownstone district, offers more than 5,500 wines and more than 3,000 spirits from around the world, including Jura Vin Juane in 1774, Madeira in 1832, Warre’s Port Wine in 1927, Moet & Chandon in 1961, Yquem Noble Wine in vertical years from 1811 to 2007, La Romanee-Conti Red Wine in vertical years from 1923 to 2009 and Mouton Red Wine in vertical years from 1945 to 2004. It is known as the “Museum of Vintage Wines”. Mourinho, the chief coach of Manchester United, has been photographed by reporters to buy wine here.

Perhaps little known is that Hedonism Wines also offers a red wine from China, namely 2013 Dry Red of Ningxia Chateau Changyu Moser XV with commodity code of HED 68754. Tatiana Fokina CEO of Hedonism Wines, once said: “The wine circle in London is probably one of the most dynamic places in the world, with rich and fascinating wines from different producing areas; its clients have a wide range of experience. People are entering a better world of wine, and in order to discover new and emerging producing areas, they delve into the wines they drink. This is what we are very happy to see.”

It is understood that Lenz Moser, the chief winemaker of Ningxia Chateau Changyu Moser XV, hosted a wine tasting at Hedonism Wines in early May this year, and tasted eight different wines produced by Ningxia Chateau Changyu Moser XV with different varieties of wine grapes, different classifications and in different years. Hereinto, Roger Jones, the Michelin Star Chef from UK and wine connoisseur, presented and described the 2013 Dry Red of Ningxia Chateau Changyu Moser XV in his wine-tasting note as “rich and evolved, juicy fruit forward, chocolate and spices, minty, wild blackberries and mulberries,N easy drinking.” (Chen Zhuang)
