What is brandy?
“Bai Landi” is the transliteration of Brandy,original meaning of which is “burning wine”. Brandy is defined as grape spirit made by fermentation, distillation, ageing in oak barrel as well as blending with grape as the raw material.
Grape spirit (grape brandy) is often called “brandy” for short, while brandy made of other fruits must be clearly marked with the fruit name, such as Apple Brandy and Cherry Brandy.
